The cold shower acts as a form of meditation for our vascular system, effectively bringing down stress levels and bringing our mind to a state of complete calm. With each cold shower, you reset your body and invite in greater energy exchange between the cells. Today is the day of introspective focus. We are in complete control of our minds. On Day 16, we have an 80 second cold shower. This brings down our heart rate and helps us to significantly reduce stress levels, as we bring our body into a natural meditative state.

Step by step, we come closer to our optimised condition. Day 16 marks the first day of 3 rounds of breathing, where we aim to cleanse our vascular flow. Wim discusses the difference between the ascending and descending flows of our neurology and teaches us how we can drop into a natural state of meditative flow. A cold shower a day keeps the doctor away. Day 17 marks 85 seconds in the cold shower.

By tapping into our lymphatic system, we control stress levels that turn our chemistry oxidative. By incorporating this breath practice into our everyday lives, we nourish our body, mind and soul. Our life is like a puzzle and when all the networks are functioning, we feel complete and connected. Wim explains how there are no coincidences, only synchronicity, and by understanding the subtle messages from within, we come to know what our soul is saying, and happiness, strength and health, are entirely within our command.

Today marks 3 rounds of our rejuvenating breathing practice and 90 seconds in the cold shower. Each cold shower provides us with an enlivening energy release. Our vascular system is becoming so optimised, that we will start to feel as though we can do anything. We are not bound, constrained or limited in our capabilities, and we are learning to act without inhibition. On Day 19, we embrace a 95 second cold shower. We also undergo 3 rounds of breathing.

Each day, we are getting deeper and deeper into our breathing practice, allowing us to delve progressively deeper into our thinking brain. Wim discusses the higher state of consciousness, where we ascend out from our thoughts and exist in the here and now. Here, we learn to trust ourselves and recognise our ability to go deeper into our mind. In this place, the magic of higher frequency and the existence of deeper brain activity, will develop naturally. This is a state of pure energy and spiritual awareness.

Today marks seconds in the cold shower and 3 rounds of our restorative breathing practice. Our vascular system is serving us and our body is beginning to become our vehicle. We learn that we can trust our mind and body to be at our complete service. Through completely trusting the intelligence of our cells, we learn to let go. Real control is letting go. We are the master of our own mind.

Day 21 marks seconds, or 1 minute and 45 seconds, in the cold shower. We also continue incorporating 3 rounds of our enriching breathing practice. Welcome the awakening of the mind. The cold is a great teacher. As we step into the cold, we feel the sheer enlivening of our senses.

This deep awakening of sensation cuts through our thoughts, and it is in this space that our mind is conditioned to become completely grounded in the present. Feeling, is ultimately, understanding. On Day 22, we have a cold shower for 1 minute and 50 seconds.

In Western society, the subconscious of the Dream State has been cut out. When we get caught up in a superficial world, we miss out on what the true point of life is. We focus too greatly on money, instead of the things that truly matter. In traditional narratives, the Dream State is one of true harmony, balance, and depth of life. Today, let us learn use this Dream State as inspiration to delve into the true depths of life.

Wim tells us of the many feats he has overcome in his life and his personal journey of confronting the unknown. Wim introduces the "fearless state:" the state of being that follows the confrontation of the unknown. The fearless state is only reached when we have surpassed our own fears, and trust that our mind and body will support us in whatever challenges we may be faced with in the future. Wim explains that repetitive practice is key to reaching this state, and that we can delve deeper into a higher state of being through tapping into our instinct and intuition.

Day 29 marks seconds in the cold shower. Our vascular system is well and truly ready to transport us into the depths of our brain. Our life is like a river, flowing in the right direction, not standing still, we will begin to witness all that is to be seen, non dogmatically choose to go forward, and live more vibrantly and into our soul. We can be the master of anything.
